▪  Structure

▪  Displacement elastic: ±0.50mm from 13mm fastened to the rail.

▪  Clamping force test: When the elasticity range of 13mm is given by the load tester, the clamping force of the clip is 10.8 ~ 13.7kN

▪  Applied sleeper

★ Product in eco-friendly manufacturing facility by applying electric induction heating method for the first time in Korea

   - The method has propagated domestic at late 90s, and using in advanced countries such as Europe.

   - Ensures high fatigue strength due to a thin decarburized layer

   - Ensures uniformity of quality due to easy temperature control
