▪  Satisfied performance requirement of KR(Korea rail network authority), standard specification KRS TR 0014

▪  Applicable rail profile: 50N, 2-Anchor/4-Anchor

▪  Using fastener: Tension clamp Skl12

▪  Direct-vibration proof fastening device installed directly (without sleepers) on the road concrete to reduce noise and vibration transmitted

   from the wheel of the vehicle to the rail

▪  Maintainability

  - Lateral adjustment:  Adjustable the right and left side up to ± 4mm by the insulating bush when correcting track errors such as disorder of track

  - Height adjustment:  Adjustable the height up to +50mm by thickness control of high-density polyethylene(HDPE)

 

▪  Construct ability

  - Able to construct both of Top-Down and Bottom Up method

  - Construction speed: 40~60m/day

  - No need to worry about material loss due to tightening supply

 

▪  Insulation

  - nsulation is perfect due to use the elastic base plate pad, rail pad, bush and collared washer

    ▶Electrical resistance test result 29kΩ (standard 5kΩ or more)

 

▪  Elastic Pad

  - Use the excellent vibration damping pad with elastic modulus of 15kN / mm

  - Reduced force(Interaction Force) on wheels and rails

  - Effective for rail wear prevention and vibration reduction

  - Applicable to soft pad with displacement of 3.0mm or less (The fatigue allowance of the fasteners is 3.0mm max.)
